One plot in T. Nagar priced starting from 1 Cr. and not easy to find. If you are looking for a flat with health center, swiming pool, etc, etc... - be prepared for 3 Cr.
in that case i will buy a plot and construct an independent house(like the one you are staying at present) with all the facilities for one more crore( totally marbled with jacuzzi etc).Yaar One crore is a hell a lot of money in India.Who is having this type of cash or all of a sudden there are lot of crorepatis in India.
Even in moscow with parking space,health club,Gym,shopping center can cost you more than a Million USD.But still there is a lot of a difference between moscow and chennai.Moscow is the capital and the only city in Russia which can truly call itself as an international city with all the facilities.
if that is the case my grandfather was a fool he had a plot in T.nagar and sold it .ofcourse this was some 40 years before.No he would have been a millionaire or at least me.so sad.
